中国经济高质量发展评价及障碍因素分析

采用熵权法和障碍因子诊断模型,分析了2007-2016年我国经济发展质量的现实水平和障碍因素。结果表明:(1)我国经济发展质量不断提高,整体发展态势良好。(2)经济发展质量区域差异显著,东部地区优势明显,东北地区次之,中西部地区较落后。(3)科技创新能力、人力资本、要素使用效率、产业结构、城乡发展差距和人均GDP是制约经济高质量发展的共性因素。各地由于区位条件、资源禀赋和发展阶段的差异,障碍因素也略有不同。

Evaluation of High-quality Economic Development and Its Obstacle Factors in China

Entropy weight method and obstacle factor diagnosis model were used to analyze the realistic level and obstacle factors of China′s economic development quality from 2007 to 2016. The results showed that:(1)The quality of China′s economic development continued to im prove,and the overall development trend was good.(2)There were significant regional differences in the quality of economic development. The eastern region had obvious advantages,followed by northeast China,and the central and western regions were relatively backward.(3)Technologi cal innovation capacity,human capital,efficiency of factor utilization,industrial structure,urban-rural development gap and per capita GDP were common factors that restricted the high-quality economic development. Due to the differences in location conditions,resource endowments and development stages,obstacles were slightly different.
