陕西省农业自然灾害现状与对策

陕西省历来是我国自然灾害多而重的省份之一，而农业自然灾害是农业的主要障碍因素，笔者通过大量调查分析，得出陕西省农业自然灾害频繁的主要原因是农业生态环境恶化和治理工作有跟上所致。本文明确提出了成立机构，依法治理，建立高效生态农业系统，实行特殊政策等综合防治对策，使农业自然灾害明显减轻。

Recent Problem of Agricultural Natural Diseaster and Control Measure in Sbanxi Province

Shanxi is alway one of more and severe natural diseaster province in China, and agricultural natural diseaster is a primary hindrance to the agricultural production. Through a lot of investigation and analysis, the writer conclude that the primary cause is the agricultural biological environment has being bad and control has not development with it. The paper suggested that set up management,control by law,found high effective biological agricultural system and adopt special ordinance as this integrated management so as to reduce agricultural natural diseaster.
