| 摘 要： | 土地资源的优化配置是目前我国城市化进程中面临的重要问题.在分析城市化的内涵和我国城市化进程的基础上,运用定性与定量相结合的方法,明确了城市化进程与土地资源优化配置的密切关系,阐述了城市化进程中土地利用存在的四大问题,提出了五大对策,以确保城市化进程中土地资源的优化配置.

| Abstract: | Optimized allocation of land resources was the important problem in the process of urbanization.Based on the analysis of the connotation and process of urbanization,using qualitative and quantitative method,the authors expounded the relationship of the process of urbanization and optimized allocation of land resources.During the process of urbanization,there were four main problems in land use and as advanced five countermeasures. |
