Exploiting and Utilizing Wetland Eco-tourism Resources of Yellow River's Old Course--Taking Shangqiu City as An Example

This paper discussed the planning of the eco-tourism project, analyzed the economic benefits and social benefits that local peasant and the government could get after exploiting the ecological tourism. It also had analyzed the great function of improving the ecological environment, increasing employment, improving the urban function, expanding communication with external world, developing the tertiary industry , etc. The protection and exploitation of eco- tourism resources completed each other, they developed in harmony, and could promote the common development of regional society , economy and environment in harmoney.
