| Abstract: | The authors studied on how to identify and evaluate the ecological compensation state and how to improve the ecological, discussed that what factors, mechanism and the characteristic led to failure ecological compensation or successful compensation, and the base, criterion,theory method, program of ecological compensation evaluation, as well as discussed the classification ecological compensation result. |
