微波辐照瓜子壳制造活性炭

摘    要:本文对微波辐照瓜子壳制造活性炭的新方法进行了探索研究,并获得较好的实验结果,所得活性炭成品的亚甲蓝脱色力是国家标准(LY216 - 79) 一级品的4/3 倍,所需工艺时间仅为传统方法的1/36 。

Abstract:In this paper, the new method of manufacture of activated carbon from shell melon seed by microwave radiation was sought and researched.According to the experimental data,metylene blue decolorizing ability of the activated carbon was 1.33 times as strong as that of the first grade in standad of powder activated carbon of China(LY216-79),the microwave processing was 36 times as fast as the conventional processing.
