Abstract:An ion chromatography with inhibition conductance method was established for simultaneous determination of organic acids and inorganic anions in Hangzhou surface water.And the content of organic acids and inorganic anions in surface water were discussed.The repeatability of the method(RSD)is 0.15%~4.92%,the correlation coefficient r2 is 0.9990~0.9999,the standard addition recovery is 84.36%~111.05%,and the lowest detection limit is 0.003~0.028 mg/L.Using the establishedmethod,the contents of 4 kinds of organic acids and 7 kinds of inorganic anions were determined.The analysis results show that the inorganic anions in Hangzhou city surface water are mainly SO43-,Cl-,NO3-,which mainly come from vehicle exhaust and industrial waste water,etc.Organic acids are mainly formic acid and acetic acid,which mainly come from automobile exhaust and direct emissions from chemical plants.Due to the difference of terrain and other conditions,the concentrations of organic acids and inorganic anions in the surface water in different areas of Hangzhou are different,and the detection values are quite different.
