苏南运河镇江段水环境污染特征及治理对策

摘    要:利用2010~2012年例行监测数据和2011年实地补充监测数据对苏南运河镇江段水环境状况进行分析,并采用等标污染负荷法对该区域污染源数据进行评价。结果表明:苏南运河镇江段在2010~2012年期间污染情况较为严重,其主要超标项目为总氮、氨氮、总磷、COD Cr,总氮项目超标2.706~2.998倍,显示污染类型以氮磷类和有机类为主。研究区域内污染负荷以生活污水的排放所造成的污染的贡献率最大(占56.8%),农业面源排放所造成的污染居第2位(占32.3%),表明苏南运河镇江段的治理重点在于生活污水和农业面源的控制上。在此结论基础上,提出一整套有针对性的水环境污染防治措施的完整体系。

Abstract:Based on the routine monitoring data from 2010 ~ 2012 and field monitoring data in 2011 of Zhenjiang Section of Sunan Canal,analyzed the water pollution status and evaluated the regional pollution source data by equal standard pollution load method.The results showed that Zhenjiang Section of Sunan Canal was heavily polluted during 2010 ~ 2012.The main indexes that exceeded the standard were total nitrogen,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus,CODcr,total nitrogen,all of which were 2.706 ~ 2.998 times higher than the standards.The main pollutant types were nitrogen,phosphorous and organics.In the studied region,sewage discharge contributes the most of the pollution load,which account for 56.8%,and agricultural non-point sources pollution takes the second place which is 32.3%.The study indicates that the pollution control of the Zhenjiang Section of Sunan Canal should emphasize on the sewage discharge and agricultural non-point source.Based on the conclusions,a set of specific complete system for water pollution prevention and control was put forward.
