| Abstract: | Based on investigating and analysing the causes why the water resources utilization ratio of Panzhihua area is lower, combining the practice of Panzhihua area, that the water resources utilization ratio is the important factor affecting economic growth and improving ecological environment is expounded. Policies and measures raising the water resources utilization ratio are proposed so as to provide the basis for promoting economic growth and improving ecolggical nvironment. |
