摘    要:本文探讨了脉冲电晕等离子法脱硫脱硝的基本原理,较系统地研究了影响脉冲电晕等离子烟气脱硫脱硝的主要因素,进行了加NH3脱硝的探索试验。实验表明:该法能有效地去除烟气中的SO2,但脱硝效果不明显,加NH3后可大量提高脱硝的效率;湿度对脱硫影响较大,湿度越高,脱硫效率也越高,当相对湿度达80%时,脱硫率基本达到最大,而湿度对脱硝的影响不如脱硫明显;脉冲电压越高,功率越大,脱硫脱硝效率越高;增加放电极长度

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the removal process of SO_2 and NO_x from flue gas by pulsed plashes, the main factors which affect the efficiency of de-SO_2 and NO_x have been studied systematically. The probing experiment on De-NO_x by pulsed plasma and NH_3 has also been performed. The results show that De-SO_2 by pulsed plasma is efficient, but De-NO_x is not evident only by pulsed plasma. If NH_3 is led at the same time, the efficiency of De-NO_x increases greatly. Humidity is an imporrant factor to affect De-SO_2 efficieney. While humidity grows, the De-SO_2 efficiency becomes higher, when relative humidity is up to 80%, the increase rate of De-SO_2 efficiency is not obvious. But the effect of humidity on De-NO_x is not evident compared with that of De-SO_2. As the pulsed peak voltage and power increase, the efficiency of De-SO_2 & De-NO_x rises. Increasing the length of discharge electrode or the residence time of flue gas will improve the SO_2 & NO_x removal, Under proper experimental conditions, De-SO_2 efficiency can be higher than 97% and De-NO_x efficiency more than 80%.
