四川省工业园区绿色发展水平及对策研究

摘    要:工业园区绿色制造体系建设是全面推进工业绿色发展的重要环节之一,对缓解当前资源约束、供给侧结构性改革和加快推动绿色增长具有积极意义。通过对四川省内32个工业园区2018年度绿色制造体系建设情况相关数据的收集整理和分析研究,对四川省工业园区整体绿色发展水平现状有了初步的了解,发现当前四川省工业园区整体绿色发展水平偏低,与发达地区工业园区尚存较大差距。从而提出相应对策,建议工业园区尽快完善标准体系、调整产业结构、建立远期绿色发展规划和加强绿色发展信息化的工作,为工业园区未来的绿色发展提供参考及帮助。

Abstract:The construction of green manufacturing systems in industrial parks is one of the important links to comprehensively promote green industrial development,and has a positive significance for alleviating current resource constraints,supply-side structural reform,and accelerating the promotion of green growth.Through the data collection and analysis of the construction of the green manufacturing system in 32 industrial parks in Sichuan Province in 2018,we have a preliminary understanding of the current status of the overall green development level of Sichuan industrial parks and found that the current overall level of green development of Sichuan industrial parks is low,and there is still a big gap with the industrial parks in developed regions.It is recommended that industrial parks should improve the standard system as soon as possible,adjust industrial structure,establish long-term green development plan,and strengthen green development informatization work to provide reference and help for the future green development of industrial parks.
