| 摘 要： | 中国与印度同为发展中的人口大国，且都是主要的CDM开发国，在CDM发展方面有诸多相似性和相互借鉴之处。本文对中国与印度CDM开发项目的数量、规模、开发时间等进行了比较，通过比较可发现我国CDM存在进展相对较慢、资源优势没有充分发挥以及小型企业参与不足等问题，并在此基础上提出了促进我国CDM快速健康发展的建议。

| Abstract: | Both China and India are large developing cotmtries with big populations and primary countries of CDM development. The two countries have similarities in CDM development and they could learn from each other in many aspects. In this paper, the CDM development in China and India were compared on project number, project scale and development time. It showed some problems in China such as slow development of CDM, inadequate utilization of resources and insufficient joining by medium and small-sized enterprises. On this basis, suggestions were given to promote CDM development more healthily and smoothly in China. |
