| 摘 要： | 评价方法的选择是实现土地利用规划环境影响评价的重点。借鉴项目环评和规划环评的某些方法，根据土地利用规划的层次、类型和阶段的特点，给出一个土地利用规划环评的方法集，并对几种主要方法的适用范围、优缺点进行分析，最后指出方法选择应注意的事项。

| Abstract: | Selection of assessment method is the key to environmental impact assessment for land use planning.This paper(establishes) a method aggregate for environmental impact assessment of land use planning with a reference to some ways of(Program) EIA and PEIA(plan environmental impact assessment),and based on the characteristics of different levels,types and phases in land use planning.The application scope,advantages and disadvantages of several main methods mentioned above are analysed,and the key points in selecting proper methods are highlighted. |
