| Abstract: | The article introduced the management system constitution and the flow that suits the county-level environmental monitoring station through "one frame" and "one mode".Through establishment and implementation of environmental monitoring management system,combined with the environmental monitoring quality system,the best efficiency was obtained to achieve the goal,i.e.,the environmental monitoring serving the environmental management and the development of society and economy. |
