| Abstract: | The technology of immobilized algae is an economic and effective biological treatment technology of wastewater. It is effective to remove N, P, heavy metals and organic compounds from wastewater as well as to reuse the resources, producing huge benefits of society and economy. In this paper the characteristics, status of researches and the future prospects of this field were discussed in detail. |
