计量认证/审查认可(验收)与环境监测实验室质量体系的建立

根据绵阳市环境监测站计量认证工作实践，着重探讨了计量认证工作转版后，环境监测实验室质量体系的建立、维护、管理，以及该质量体系对规范实验室检测工作和全体人员行为达到质量目标的重要作用。

Establishment of Laboratory Quality Control System for Measurement Authentication / Examination Approval and Environmental Monitoring

This work is focused on the investigation into the establishment, maintenance and management of a laboratory quality (control) system, based on the working practice in measurement authentication at Mianyang Environmental Monitoring Station, after the changes in measurement authentication. It is also demonstrated that such quality control system is of importance to standardize the (laboratory) examination procedure and to assure the achievement of the quality goal in the performance of the laboratory personnel.
