| 摘 要： | 大气环境容量的计算是实施污染物总量控制的基础,对于局地性区域来说大气环境容量又是大气传输、扩散和排放方式的具体体现。本文主要介绍了目前国内外对于大气环境容量估算模式以及进行总量控制方法的研究进展。

| Abstract: | The calculation of the atmospheric environmental capacity,which incorporates atmospheric transfer,diffusion and(emission) in some local areas,is the basis of implementing the total quantity control of atmospheric pollutants.The paper(summarizes) the research progress on the method of atmospheric environmental capacity calculation and total quantity control in the recent years. |
