柳州市灰霾日不利天气分析

摘    要:灰霾的发生对城市形象和人体健康都造成不利的影响,而灰霾的出现常常与不利的天气条件结合紧密,成为引发灰霾的重要因素。本文通过统计柳州市2002年~2012年间不同的天气条件下灰霾发生的概率,并结合2008年~2012年的柳州市实际空气质量状况,明确灰霾发生的主要污染物,同时通过2012年具体的气象特征和天气形势找出与灰霾发生密切相关的天气因素。经过分析,可吸入颗粒物(PM10)为大部分灰霾日的首要污染物,且低风速、中低湿度、不利于污染物扩散的风向及弱冷高压和鞍形场等不利气象条件易使污染物聚集,加速了灰霾日的形成,是灰霾日发生的重要因素。这些不利天气情况的分析统计,为柳州市建立灰霾日预警系统提供了有力支持。

Abstract:The occurrence of gray haze had caused adverse effect on city image and human health, and usually combined with adverse weather conditions closely, which had become the important factor of causing haze. Based on the actual situation of air quality in Liuzhou from 2008 to 2012 and the statistics haze occurrence probability under different weather conditions from 2002 to 2012, this article had comfirmed the major pollutants of ash haze occurrence and found out the identify factors closely related to the haze weather through the specific meteorological characteristics and weather situation in 2012. In this analysis, particulate matter (PM10) was the main pollutant of most haze, and under adverse weather conditions like low wind speed, low humidity, the wind direction that against pollutants diffusion, weak cold high pressure and saddle field can easily cause the pollutant accumulation, and can accelerate the formation of haze weather. Thus, PM10 was important factor of the occurrence of haze days. The statistical analysis of these adverse weather conditions can provide strong support for the establishment of the warning system in Liuzhou city.
