| Abstract: | This paper introduced the properties and characteristics of environmental emergency monitoring, and expounded the construction of environmental security warning and emergency monitoring system, to strengthen the environmental security warning and emergency monitoring ability construction from the aspects of the system, personnel, equipment construction, and do well in emergency monitoring preparation work, to improve the ability of emergency monitoring and construct a good emergency monitorin system. |
