辽宁省人口文化素质与社会经济关联度分析

在对国内外人口文化和社会经济发展关系文献研究的基础上，运用灰色关联分析法，以辽宁省为例，测度了2005--2010年人口文化素质和社会经济发展之间的关系，并按照较低、居中、较高三个层次的关联度格局进行分析。结果表明，辽宁省各市的人口文化素质与社会经济发展之间的关联度的总体趋势是逐年增加的，对社会经济的发展具有重要影响。辽宁省关联度高的地区，社会经济发展较快，反之社会经济发展较慢。因此，大力发展辽宁省的教育不仅可以提高人口文化素质，还将会促进辽宁省经济的飞速发展。

Research on Population Culture Quality of Social and Economic Correlation Degree in Liaoning Province

In the domestic and abroad, on the basis of population culture and social economic development relations literatures, the authors used Grey relational analysis method to measure the population culture quality and the relationship from 2005 to 2010. Taking Liaoning Province as an ex- ample,this paper analyzed the correlation degree according to the lower center, medium level, higher level. The results showed that the correlation trend of every cities＇ population culture quality and economic development in Liaoning Province was increasing year by year, and population culture quality had an important effect on social and economic development. If the influence of the correlation degree was high, social economy would develop fast, on the contrary, it would develop slowly. Therefore, vigorously developing education could improve the population culture quality and promote the development of economy in Liaoning Province.
