摘    要:油田采油污水中含有多种源于石油生产的化学药剂,会对污水中的COD及处理效果产生影响。文章以目前某油田使用的几种主要化学药剂为研究对象,分析了药剂浓度对COD的影响,并通过SBR反应器考察了其生物降解性能。结果表明,油田使用的化学药剂对COD有明显的影响,药剂浓度与COD呈线性关系,药剂的种类与结构不同,其对COD影响的显著程度也各异。生物降解性能差是现有油田化学药剂的共同特点,这可能是油田含油污水难处理,特别是采用生物技术处理效果欠佳的重要原因。

Abstract:Produced water in oilfields always contailns many chemical agents originated from petroleum production, so CODCr of the produced water is partially made up of these agents. The article has investigated on the influence of the oilfield chemical additives which include 8 emulsion breakers, 4 surfactants, 3 flocculating agents on CODCr, and the biodegradation of these chemical additives has been studied by SBR process. The results show the relationship of CODCr and concentration of the agents is linear. When the concentration of agents increases, CODCr increases proportionally. At the same of agent concentration, CODCr of the agents has obviously varied because of the structure differentia of these agents. Author抯 study result shows that the biodegradation of most chemical additives of oilfield is poor, BOD/CODCr is under 0.2. New type of chemical agents called as 揼reen?olifield chemical additives should be developed for improving on biodegradation of oily wastewater.
