含油污泥热解工艺技术方案研究

摘    要:文章以辽河油田欢三联合站稠油污水处理系统压滤脱水污泥及沉降罐清罐污泥为处理对象,根据含油污泥热解处理的技术原理,通过对物料输送系统、热解反应系统、剩余固体排出系统和馏分冷凝分离系统等主要工艺单元的技术比选,提出了"柱塞泵管道密闭输送、多燃烧器回转炉热解、高温馏分管式换热器冷凝、不凝气罗茨风机引送和湿式排渣"的含油污泥热解处理工艺技术方案。同时,文章还对污泥热解处理运行的能耗与费用做了简要理论分析。

Abstract:In this paper,the oil sludge of filter press from heavy sewage treatment system and the settling tank and cleaning tank in Huansan Union Station,Liaohe Oilfield were studied.According to the technical principles of oil sludge pyrolysis,through the technical selection of material handling system,pyrolysis reaction system,residue removal system and fraction condensate separation system,we proposed oil sludge pyrolysis technology program which included "sealed piston channel transfer,multi-combustion rotary-kiln pyrolysis,high temperature fraction condensation by shell and tube exchanger,non-condensable roots blower sending and wet slagging".Meanwhile,a brief theoretical analysis of energy consumption and benefit of sludge pyrolysis was also discussed in the article.
