Technology of Emergency Management for Marine Oil Spill

The marine oil spilling accident causes not only huge economic loses fro enterprises,but also severe environmental contamination accidents if not properly dealt with.This article discusses the development overview of the emergency dealing technology for marine oil spilling accident domestic and overseas based on the analysis of the treatment method for the Dalian "7.16" and BP "4.20" oil spilling pollution.The key technology for oil spilling emergency at sea of oil industries in China is discussed along with the actual situation of the preparation for the marine oil spilling emergency,which provides reference for the management and technology development of the marine oil spilling emergency for the oil industries in China.
