纯化油田污水处理新技术研究

摘    要:纯化油田首站污水由于具有较高的矿化度和温度,同时含有未除干净的原油及大量的悬浮物,使污水变得异常复杂,结垢腐蚀严重,为此展开了纯化油田污水水质改性新技术研究。通过试验,结论为:水处理工艺用化学混凝、沉降分离过滤为好,对现有水处理流程改造少,能充分利用现有设施和条件,投入成本低。处理后的污水:含油≤8 mg/L,悬浮物≤3 mg/L,SRB ≤102,平均腐蚀率<0.076 mm/a。

Abstract:As there are residual petroleum and a lot of suspend material in the sewage with high salinity and temperature from nitial station in Chunhua oilfield, resulting in complicated sewage content and serious dirty forming, research on new technology of modification of sewage quality in Chunhua oilfield has been carried out. After experiment, the conclusion is made that the process of chemical coagulation and settlement separation are the good water treatment processes due to less upgrade of existing water treatment process flow, utilization of existing facility and condition sufficiently as well as low investment. The composition of treated water is the following: oil content≤8 mg/L, suspend material≤3 mg/L, SRB ≤102,average corrosion rate<0.076 mm/a.
