Application of Water Equilibrium Analysis Method to Cleaning Production Trial of Oil Production

It was found that the material consumption and waste drainage were difficultly detected and analyzed in oil production. Water equilibrium technology was used to evaluate the water equilibrium and the production process and identify the fresh water consumption and source of wastewater. The methods for saving water resource and enhancing the reuse of wastewater were investigated. Some improved measures were presented, and a new cleaning production trial was designed. The water equilibrium analysis method is simple and easy to be operated. It can provide the reference for establishing energy equilibrium and pollution factor equilibrium.
