The Function of Informationization in HSE Management System Construction

This article introduces some typical problems of HSE management system existing in four management elements,e.g.leaders' commitment,implementation,operation,etc.Further more,it elaborates the distinct advantages of HSE system in terms of supporting HSE management system from aspects of enforcing management responsibility,solidifying management procedures and enriching management and control means.Combining with the typical problems,the article puts forward that implementing HSE information management is the key to solve the current problems of HSE management.
