| 摘 要： | 通过介绍壳牌石油公司建立 ＨＳＥ管理体系的背景和目标，对照我国行业标准 ＳＹ／Ｔ６２６７—１９９７，分析了该公司ＨＳＥ体系的技术特点，详细地讨论了危害和影响管理过程（ＨＥＭＰ）在ＨＳＥ管理体系中的地位和作用。指出，壳牌公司在废弃物管理中采用的分级政策和记帐政策颇具特色，值得借鉴。

| Abstract: | B.y introducing the background and purpose of HSE management system established in Shell Oil Corp., with reference to the sector standard of SY/T6267-1997 in China, the technical characteristic of HSE system is analyzed and the status and function of HEMP in HSE management system is discussed in detail. Otherwise, classification and bookkeeping method adopted in handling garbage process is distinctive, which could be used for reference. |
