摘    要:综述国内外烟气余热利用技术的研究及应用现状,主要包括热能直接回收、吸收式制冷、有机朗肯循环和温差发电等方式。结合气田开采实际,分析讨论各类余热利用技术在气田增压机组烟气余热利用中的应用潜力和发展方向。在选择余热利用方案时,应结合气田增压机组现有条件、机组性能以及运行模式等因素进行综合评估。

Techniques for the Utilization of the Waste Heat of Gas Field Booster Sets
Abstract:There are 3 available routes for the utilization of the waste heat of flue gas from gas field booster sets, i.e., heat, electricity and mechanics. A review is conducted on the research and current trends in the techniques concerning the application of flue gas waste heat, which include direct recycling of heat energy, absorption refrigeration, Organic Rankine Cycle and thermal energy conversion. Combined with the practice in gas field exploitation, the potential and development of all waste heat application techniques of boosters are analyzed and discussed. All the current conditions of gas field booster sets, the performance of these sets as well as the operational modes should be taken into consideration when scheming for waste heat application.
