| Abstract: | This paper introduces the practice of PetroChina HSE management philosophy in the cooperation projects with Cuba,Venezuela,Peru and Ecuador and other South American countries and regions,which achieve good results.This makes a contribution to shaping the PetroChina "synergy for energy and harmony" responsible renowned oil company image,and provides a reference for collaborative development between oversea Chinese enterprises and resource owned countries. |
