试论油田开发与干旱荒漠区生态功能划分的原则 ──以诺敏戈壁三塘湖油田生态功能区划为例

三塘湖油田生态环境保护指导思想为:"分区保护、分类防治、分级管理"。文章通过分析干旱荒漠区生态功能的划分,根据三塘湖油田开发区生态环境特征、生态系统服务功能、生态环境功能重要性与敏感性的空间分异规律,确定区域生态功能分区,为制定生态环境保护计划、维护区域生态安全、促进社会经济可持续发展提供科学依据。

Study on Oilfield Exploitation and Ecological Function Regionalization of Arid Desertification Area

The guiding principles of ecological environmental protection for Santanghu oilfield were based on specific guidance for different localities,specific protection for different districts and management at different levels. The ecological function regionalization of arid desertification area was analyzed with Santanghu oilfield development as a case study based on its ecological environmental characteristics,ecosystem services function and spatial variation law of ecological function significance and sensitivity,which was a scientific base for formulation of ecological protection plan,maintenance of regional ecological security and promotion of sustained development of economy and society.
