Discussion on Environmental Supervision During the Period of Oil and Gas Pipeline Construction

Appling the basic principle and method of construction supervision and according to the characteristics of oil and gas pipeline construction,this paper discussed the aim,principle and characters of environmental supervision and proposed the main basis and principle of oil and gas pipeline project.The paper also analyzed the working contents and methods during different construction stage,introduced the procedure and system of supervision,and proposed some suggestions on environmental supervision of oil and gas pipeline project.
