摘    要:针对胜利油田现河首站采油废水排放口的污染现状,提出了利用生物转轴技术处理采油废水。研究结果表明:现河首站采油废水污染严重且达标治理难度极大,采用传统物化处理工艺已不能使其处理达标。生物转轴技术具有技术上先进可行,处理效率高,处理成本低,可操作性强等多种优势,可使采油废水达标排放。

Abstract:In view of current status of pollution on waste water discharge port at Xianhe initial station, Shengli oilfield, the treatment technique of produced waste water by biological axis of rotation technique is proposed. The study result shows that pollution caused by produced waste water is very serious and difficulty on its treatment to satisfy the criteria is huge in Xianghe initial station, and traditional physico-chemical treatment process can not make its treatment result satisfy the criteria; biological axis of rotation technique is technical viable, with high treatment efficiency, low treatment cost and easy to be applied, making the treated produced waste water satisfy the criteria and be discharged.
