含油污泥固化与燃煤混烧的可行性

摘    要:为利用含油污泥的潜在能量,采用脱水、降粘、固化、固化物脱水等工艺技术进行含油污泥的固化。固化废物经粉碎处理后,按一定比例与燃煤混合,在燃煤锅炉中进行燃烧。混烧后的烟道气中的SO2、NO、烟尘含量等排放指标达到GB 13271-2001《锅炉大气污染物排放标准》的要求。

Abstract:In order to use the potential energy of oily sludge,some procedures are used for the solidification of oily sludge,such as dehydration,viscosity reduction,solidification and dehydration of solidified sludge.After crushing and being mixed with coal in certain proportion,solidified waste is burnt in coal-fired boiler.After coal-firing,the content of SO2,NO and soot meet GB 13271-2001 'Boiler Air Pollutants Emission Standard' and comply with the ideas of sustainable development and circular economy put forward by the State.
