福建省城市生活垃圾处理技术路线研究

本文在分析福建全省各市、县城市生活垃圾处理现状的基础上,建立了城市经济、生活垃圾性状特征、处理技术性能、环境要求四大评判指标及标准,并运用模糊数学决策法选择了适宜福建省“十一五”城市生活垃圾处理技术路线的方案。

Research on Technical Course of Domestic Refuse Disposal in Fujian Province

With the high-speed development of social economy, the population and scope of it expend rapidly, the problem of domestic refuse comes into prominence. On the other hand, with the implementation of circular economy and sustainable development, people pay more attention to the disposal of the domestic refuse which can be used as resourses. As a result, the research of recycle on condign disposal of domestic refuse is very significant. Based on the actuality of the domestic refuse disposal in Fujian, the paper puts forward four factors which may cause effect on the economy of the city, the characters of the domestic refuse, the capability of the disposal method, the demand of environment for the evaluation of domestic refuse disposal method choice and the standard for evaluation by the actuality of every city or town, and adopts the fuzzy mathematical decision method to find a suitable course for the domestic refuse disposal in Fujian.
