| Abstract: | The paper analyses the difficult problem of fund-raising in the field of prevention and control of environmental pollution for medium and small-sized enterprises, points out that policy concept of fund-raising should be innovated. At same time, it puts forward policy recommendations on the establishment of fund-raising mechanism of pollution prevention for medium and small-sized enterprises. |
