| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the first government special fund which has sustained the technical revelation for medium and small-sized enterprises containing scientific and technical model in China--the technical revelation fund for medium and small-sized enterprises containing scientific and technical model and which has supported and promoted the fast development for medium and small-sized environmental enterprises since 1999-2009. The paper also indicates that environmental enterprises should make the best of technical revelation fund so as to promote the faster development of environmental protection industries. |
