蓬莱市节能减排工作调研

山东省蓬莱市把节能减排与"转方式、调结构"紧密结合,不断调整优化产业结构,坚持以人为本,全面实施持续改善环境质量系统工程,加大污染防治力度,转变经济发展方式,优化产业布局,大力发展低碳经济,狠抓污染减排和总量控制,淘汰了一些工艺落后、消耗高、污染重的生产企业,资源利用率明显提升,初步形成了经济总量快速增长、单位产值能耗不断降低、生态环境持续改善的"多赢"局面。
