| 摘 要： | 简述了2008年我国城市生活垃圾处理的总体状况；归纳了2008年国家发布和实施的有关标准与政策；介绍了已批准申请CDM的填埋气体利用项目和垃圾焚烧项目；列举了2008年对生活垃圾处理有重要影响的主要事件；分析了生活垃圾处理场的建设和生活垃圾焚烧处理的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | Supervisory control and data acquisition（SCADA） System is a control technology which realizes the modernization management in most sewage treatment plants at present time. The article, by taking sewage treatment plant that has been put into operation in Zhuhai Hongbei as an example, discusses the application of SCADA technology in sewage treatment plant. |
