| 摘 要： | 在聚脂类绝缘漆烘烤成膜的过程中，活性稀释剂苯乙烯以气体状态释出，成为带恶臭、刺激性气味的VOCs废气，对大气环境造成污染。采用吸附一催化燃烧综合净化工艺对该废气进行治理，实践证明是可行的。文章通过一个工程实例介绍了该净化工艺的工艺路线、设备参数和运行情况，并说明其特点以及注意事项。

| Abstract: | In the course of firing of polyester isolation lacquer, the emission of active thinner styrene turns into VOCs exhaust gas with odor and thrill and causes pollution to environment. The paper presents the technical course, equipment parameter and operation of the purifying technology and explicates the characteristics and the relevant matters by introducing an example engineering. |
