城市生活垃圾的资源化处理及对策分析

简要介绍了城市生活垃圾处理的现状,阐述了该领域存在的问题,对目前城市生活垃圾处理技术的优缺点进行对比分析。针对我国城市生活垃圾混合收集、无机物含量高的特点,提出了一种以生活垃圾能源化利用为目标,兼顾资源循环回收利用的城市生活垃圾资源化综合处理利用的解决方案。

Comprehensive Resource Disposal of Municipal Domestic Refuse and Countermeasure Analysis

With the rapid growth of municipal solid waste （MSW）,the problems of environmental pollution have become serious.The present situations of MSW disposal in China are introduced in this paper.The problems of this field and the disadvantage advantage of various technologies of MSW disposal which are commonly used at present time are analyzed and compared.A solution for resource and comprehensive treatment of MSW is presented,which aims at the energy utilization of MSW,and resource recycling and utilization at the same time is based on the characteristic of MSW in China,countermeasures and measures of solving MSW problems are put forward in this paper.Several suggestions are presented to solve the MSW problems in this paper,focusing on the reasonable selection of the advanced refuse treatment technique,attaching much importance to source-control and separate collection of MSW,the perfection of laws and regulations,establishing and improving the framework of the management mechanism,propelling the industrialization of refuse treatment,strengthening the propaganda to improve residents environmental awareness.
