燃煤电厂电-袋复合除尘器的应用及问题分析

摘    要:近年来,部分燃煤电厂采用了电-袋复合除尘器,通过对33台电-袋复合除尘器的调查分析,结果发现在2年半内就发生了大量破袋而全部更换,其原因是前级电除尘器产生臭氧使烟气中NO2、SO3等含量有所增加,引起下游的滤袋大面积强度下降导致大量破损。所以在推广应用中要慎重,避免造成不必要的损失。

Abstract:The electrostatic-bag integrated precipitator is applied in some coal-fired power plants in recent years. In accordance with the investigation and analysis on 33 electrostatic-bag integrated precipitator, most of bags are broken up or replaced in more than two years. The reason shows that the contents of NO2 and SO3 of flue gas generated in electric precipita- tor increase and the strengthening degree of bags decreases, so that the filter bags in low reach are destroyed. We should be careful in application in order to avoid the unnecessary loss.
