| Abstract: | Fund-raising gap of environmental protection is a bottleneck in the development of environmental protection work in China. For solving the problem effectively, the article puts forward a systemic settlement scenario from four ?elds, such as ?nacial investment, pollution charges, utilization of foreign captials and market fund-raising. |
