| Abstract: | Recent formulation of "Management Regulation of Environmental Protection of ConstructionProjects"shows that progress in terms of legal process has been made in EIA in China, which willinfluence deeply on reforming of China's EIA. The very clear responsibilities for not only the instituteswho are doing EIA, organizers of construction projects. but also environmental protection Bureaus canbe founded from this new regulation. This article aimed to discuss the ideas mentioned above, bycomparing the original and the new "Management Regulation of Environmental Protection onConstruction Projects". |
