| 摘 要： | 大量资料和调查显示,葫芦岛市水资源不足且污染严重;湿地环境脆弱,海岸带生态环境破坏严重;矿山生态破坏和污染十分突出.必须尽快编制生态保护规划以强化水资源管理,积极推行生态农业,加强海洋生态保护力度.
