| 摘 要： | 2004年,秦皇岛市的农业开始走出连续五年徘徊不前的影阴,呈现出了良好的发展势头.但是,农业的综合生产能力并没有根本改观,农业增长的不稳定性依然存在.本文分析了制约秦皇岛市农业可持续发展的因素,提出了提高秦皇岛市农业可持续发展能力的对策.

| Abstract: | In 2004, with the emerging tendency of bright future, agriculture of Qinhuangdao has shaken out the continuous shadow of waver for 5 years. But the comprehensive capacity of production has not been improved and the lack of stability still exists.On the basis of analyzing the factors effecting sustainable development of agriculture, the article puts forward the countermeasures against the existing problems of improving the ability of agricultural sustainable development in Qinhuangdao. |
