| 摘 要： | 在实现经济体制转变、逐步适应社会主义市场经济体制期间，开滦集团公司企业内部管理暴露出一系列问题。通过问题的分析，综合运用现代管理理论，构建了企业管理模式的框架体系，并结合企业发展历史和现状，研究设计了企业管理模式的重点内容。

| Abstract: | During the period of the transformation of economic systems,Kailuan group tries to adapt themselves to the marketing economy.But there also appears a lot of problems in internal management.Based on the analysis on these problems,the framework of corporation management model is constructed with the direction of theory of modern management.The content of corporation management model is designed with the analysis on development history and real condition of Kailuan group. |
