| 摘 要： | 企业开展清洁生产的重点在于整体预防性和持续性，通过环境管理体系的有机结合，将有利于推动企业清洁生产的建设与持续发展。清洁生产只有与环境管理体系相互渗透和促进，才能得到最有效的实施。

| Abstract: | Cleaner production refers to reducing pollution from the source, raising the efficiency of utilizing the resources, reducing or avoiding the production and emission of pollutants in the process of production, services and using products by means. This article analyzes the common point of cleaner production and environmental management system, brings forward some idiographic countermeasures of promoting cleaner production of enterprises by way of the authentication of the environmental management system. |
