浅谈我国环境责任保险的构建

环境责任保险是一种社会化责任填补救济制度,在保障环境污染受害人及时获得补偿,避免企业因承担巨额赔偿而破产:等方面发挥了重要作用。我国建立环境责任保险制度既是必要的,也足可行的。我国应立足国情和发展水平,借鉴西方发达国家的先进经验构建我国的环境保险制度。
