| Abstract: | This paper mainly expounded the driving force of developing low carbon economy in optimization and upgrading the industrial structure,learning from developed countries' experience in developing low carbon economy and readjusting industrial structure,and proposed the strategies on developing low carbon economy and readjusting industrial structure in Hebei province. |
