朝阳市“十二五”期间主要水污染物减排潜力研究

摘    要:通过对朝阳市"十一五"减排成果及问题的分析,围绕"十二五"减排目标,从工业企业污染治理、城镇生活污水治理、农业污染源治理、园区污水集中治理等方面对朝阳市"十二五"期间水污染物化学需氧量和氨氮的减排潜力进行了调查和研究,对"十二五"减排目标可达性进行了分析。研究结果表明,减排潜力巨大,减排目标可达。

Abstract:Based on the analysis on the emission reduction results and problems of the Eleventh Five-year Plan in Chaoyang, and the reduction targets in the Twelfth Five-year Plan, this article investigated and studied the emission reduction capacity of water pollutants, such as COD and NH3-N of Chaoyang during the period of the Twelfth Five-year Plan from the industrial pollution control of enterprises, urban sewage treatment, the management of agricultural pollution source and the centralized sewage treatment of industrial park, and analyzed the accessibility of the reduction targets in the Twelfth Five-year Plan. Results showed that the emission reduction potential was great, the reduction targets would be achieved.
